CBM are the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. I have a pet and they came out and used enzymes to treat the spots. We waited 48 hrs they came back and shampooed the carpet. The carpets look like new. It was not an easy job because the color of carpet is off white (not my choice) we bought this home several yrs ago. One of the best parts is they are so professional, hard workers with outstanding personalities. Thank you Jay, Jen and Jared. I will recommend this company to anyone.

The best in Billings. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Were able to get me in on the same day. (Very appreciative). Had to have someone come out the next day because of a couple spots that didn't dry right. She said Thank You to me for calling, that she wanted me to be 100 % happy and she sent someone over within the hour. Only took maybe 20 minutes and my 40 year old carpet looks new. Jay was absolutely exceptional. We had to get our carpets cleaned today because we are moving out of our rental, and Jay showed up. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and shared some hilarious jokes with us! I’m very impressed with their staff’s friendliness and effort to do an exceptional job. I just received my rug after having in cleaned by CBM. I’m so happy with the experience from beginning to end! Susan was very accommodating to my crazy schedule, and she’s so very kind, answering any questions I had. DuWayne was amazing in his knowledge of rugs, from very old to all the new synthetic materials today. Very interesting to talk to! My area rug was large, the price was more than fair after seeing the results! It turned out beautiful! They also sell carpet padding and cut it to size.( I wished I had known that! WOW!!!! I actually am at a loss for words. CBM was incredible! They were fast, friendly and stains that I thought were hopeless in older carpet, they were able to clean. Extremely affordable. Dwayne was honest and transparent, under promised and definitely over delivered! I own a property management company and they have my business for life!!!
